IFF is hiring a Senior Workday Developer in Chennai, India, for a hybrid role serving as a Techno-Functional Lead and Solution Architect for Workday implementations. The position leads architecture, solution design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support across Workday HCM and related modules, including integrations, reporting, security, and business-process configurations. Candidates need at least 8 years of enterprise application or HR technology experience, substantial Workday implementation and development experience, and expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, RaaS, XML, XSLT, and enterprise integrations.
