The role covers functional configuration, integrations, data management, reporting, release management, and continuous improvement, partnering with HR, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, IT, and Professional Services teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4–7 years of Workday experience, including HCM configuration, Financials or PSA exposure, and integration support or development.
