This role involves collaborating with clients to implement Workday Integration configuration solutions, defining and building HR processes, managing a team of consultants, and contributing to sales materials. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 1+ years of direct people management experience
2+ years experience implementing Workday Integration configurations for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity levels
2+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Integration solutions according to customer requirements
Preferred Qualifications: Workday Integrations Certification
Experience building and debugging Custom Reports, EIB’s, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio
Passion to train and develop direct reports, with various levels of experience
General knowledge in all Workday functional areas
Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenerates confidence and trust
Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations
