Description
WPP is hiring a Workday PSA Lead to support and enhance its Workday People Services and Professional Services Automation deployment. Reporting to the Workday Finance & PSA Lead, the role will serve as a subject-matter expert, resolve tickets, develop enhancements, build partner-independent capabilities, maintain global design standards, and recommend improvements using AI and RPA. The position requires 7–10 years of global ERP support experience, strong Workday configuration, reporting, and integration knowledge, professional-services expertise, and team leadership and mentoring experience. It is a hybrid role with teams in the office around four days per week and a base salary range of $75,000–$180,000 USD.
