Cooley is hiring a Workday Reporting and Integration Developer for its HRIS team. The role designs, develops, deploys, troubleshoots, and maintains Workday integrations and reporting solutions across HCM, Benefits, Time and Attendance, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, and other modules. Responsibilities include using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Extend, SOAP and REST APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, Java, and related technologies; supporting UAT and security workflows; improving integration performance; and documenting solutions. The position requires at least four years of Workday configuration and third-party integration experience, offers a hybrid schedule, and pays $145,000–$175,000 annually for a full-time schedule.
