Description
The Workday Security Lead/Senior Manager will design, govern, and continuously improve the enterprise Workday security framework, including role-based and intersection security groups, domain and business-process policies, proxy access, least-privilege models, and integration security. The role partners with HR, Finance, IT, Compliance, GRC, Legal, and Audit teams to support SOX, GDPR, user access reviews, segregation of duties, audits, incident response, reporting, and security enablement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of Workday security design and configuration experience, Workday Pro Security certification, and familiarity with regulatory and privacy frameworks.
