Description
Datacom is hiring a Workday Senior Functional Consultant in New Zealand to lead Workday workstreams across multiple client projects. The role involves requirements gathering, solution design, Workday configuration, implementation support, testing, knowledge transfer, and user training, while serving as the liaison between client stakeholders, business users, and implementation teams. The position requires strong Workday configuration knowledge, experience with Absence Management, Time Tracking, Reporting, Business Process Configuration, prior implementation projects, HR business process understanding, and excellent stakeholder communication skills. The role is based out of Datacom’s Wellington or Auckland offices with flexibility for remote work, depending on team arrangements.
