Datacom is seeking a Workday Senior Functional Consultant in New Zealand to lead Workday workstreams for enterprise clients. The role involves client-facing requirements gathering, solution design, Workday configuration, implementation support, testing, knowledge transfer, and user training, with a focus on Absence Management, Time Tracking, Reporting, and business process configuration. The consultant will manage stakeholders, lead workshops, and apply HR business process knowledge in an agile consulting environment. The role is based in Wellington or Auckland with flexibility to work from home according to team and role needs.
