This role involves serving as a subject matter expert for Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Scheduling, designing, configuring, implementing, and continuously improving Workday solutions. The analyst will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure scalability and effectiveness of solutions, especially within a complex manufacturing environment supporting hourly and union workforces.
