BDO is hiring a Workday Solution Architect to lead solution design, architecture governance, risk management, quality oversight, and delivery oversight across Workday implementation, enhancement, and transformation engagements. The role serves as a strategic advisor on Workday Core HR and HR operating models, supports business development and practice development, and mentors consultants. It requires 7+ years of Workday implementation, advisory, or solution architecture experience, enterprise HCM or Finance transformation experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience; Workday certifications are preferred. The position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
