Description
The Workday Solutions Engineer (Talent) will provide L3 support and solution ownership for Workday Talent and Performance, including goals, performance reviews, succession planning, talent reviews, career development, and related configurations. The role analyzes business requirements, designs and implements solutions, leads troubleshooting, testing, release management, impact assessments, and production support, and collaborates with HR, compensation, payroll, and business stakeholders. It is a six-month remote position in California with W2 pay of $60.00–$78.00 per hour and requires strong Workday Talent and Performance configuration experience, HR process knowledge, and 7+ years of experience.
