Millennium is hiring a Workday Specialist - Recruiting to configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Recruiting and related Workday and Eightfold systems. The role partners with Talent Acquisition Operations and Recruiters to manage recruiting workflows, troubleshooting, releases, reporting, security, and process improvements, while serving as a subject-matter escalation point. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on Workday experience, significant Workday Recruiting configuration and support experience, and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
