Description
The Workday Sr HRIS Analyst will lead Workday ecosystem configuration, enhancements, deployments, and ongoing operations across Time Tracking and Absence, Benefits, and US Payroll. The role serves as a system administrator and subject matter expert, collaborating with HR Technology, Field HR, Shared Services, Benefits, Payroll, third-party consultants, and cross-functional partners to configure business processes, manage security and data, resolve defects, and support releases. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of Workday configuration and administration experience, with Time Tracking and Absence expertise mandatory.
