Alpha Alternatives is hiring a Workday Technical Delivery Lead to lead technical delivery, integration architecture, and platform development across Workday engagements. The role combines hands-on development with client-facing architecture leadership, including discovery, integration strategy, Workday Studio and API development, data pipelines, enterprise ecosystem integrations, technical governance, documentation, and mentorship. It is US-based and primarily remote, with occasional client-site travel, and offers a base salary estimate of $130,000–$160,000 USD plus a variable bonus and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
