Applied Materials is hiring a full-time, onsite Workday HCM HRIS Analyst in Bangalore, India. The role supports the configuration, maintenance, enhancements, testing, documentation, and implementation of Workday HCM and related HR technology systems, including ServiceNow and SABA/Cornerstone. The analyst will partner with HR and HRIT teams, manage technology initiatives, improve processes and data quality, and lead stakeholders through design, testing, and cut-over activities. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and 5–7 years of Workday HCM functional experience is required.
