Description
The Workday Time and Absence Analyst will support M&A integration work across multiple international acquired populations by gathering requirements from HR, Payroll, and local People partners and configuring Workday Time Off Plans, leave types, eligibility rules, accrual methods, balance periods, time tracking, schedules, and integrations. The role owns sandbox configuration, unit testing, UAT defect resolution, balance load reconciliation, production migration sequencing, hypercare, and handoff to the PTECH Workday Functional team. It is a remote contractor engagement through 01/31/2027 at $80–$85 per hour, with no employee benefits.
