Davies Claims North America is hiring an experienced Claims Supervisor to lead a team of Workers’ Compensation Adjusters, Nurse Case Managers, and Claims Assistants. The role oversees claim handling, compensability investigations, medical management, return-to-work coordination, reserves, litigation, settlements, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, client relationships, staffing, and team development. Candidates need at least five years of Workers’ Compensation claims handling experience, strong technical knowledge of statutes and regulations, leadership and coaching skills, and proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office.
