EML is looking for a full-time, permanent Workers Compensation Claim Manager to join their Tweed Heads Emergency Services team. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims, liaising with injured workers, employers, and Allied Health professionals. This role involves creating strategic plans to help injured workers return to work safely and efficiently. Candidates should have a strong customer service background, preferably with a degree in Health Sciences, Allied Health, or Law.
