The law firm is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and confident full-time Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join their team in New City, NY. This onsite, five-day-a-week position involves representing clients in workers’ compensation matters before the New York Workers' Compensation Board, managing all aspects of case handling, conducting virtual hearings, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical thinking, persuasive advocacy skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating within a supportive team.
