EML is seeking a full-time, permanent Worker's Compensation Claims Manager to join their team in Sydney, Parramatta, or Newcastle. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of worker's compensation claims, focusing on providing excellent service to injured workers and employers, and ensuring compliance with legislation. This role involves proactive management of caseloads, conducting client meetings, and delivering accurate information to stakeholders. The position offers flexible work arrangements, including up to three days of remote work.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Previous or current Victorian Workers Compensation scheme experience or injury management background
Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong PC skills with the ability to quickly pick up new systems and processes
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders
Empathetic, resilient and solutions-focused when managing complex or sensitive situations
Proactive, self-motivated and able to think creatively to overcome challenges
High attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills
