Coke Florida is hiring a Workers’ Compensation Claims Manager to work from its Tampa headquarters. The role leads the end-to-end management of complex, high-exposure workers’ compensation claims, including investigation, compensability, medical and indemnity management, reserving, negotiation, settlement, audits, reporting, return-to-work oversight, and risk mitigation. The Claims Manager will direct third-party administrators, medical providers, and defense counsel, exercise independent judgment within delegated authority, and collaborate with Enterprise Risk Management, HR, Safety, Legal, and Operations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and significant relevant experience, with at least five years of progressive workers’ compensation claims management experience preferred in a large, self-insured or complex operational environment.
