NJM is hiring a Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor, officially titled Regional Claims Supervisor, to supervise claims staff and lead the analysis, resolution, settlement, and closure of litigated workers’ compensation claims. The role includes coaching staff, managing case reserves and reviews, negotiating settlements, coordinating with legal, SIU, and medical services, and supporting process improvement and quality assurance. It is based in the NJM Hammonton office with occasional travel and requires 5 to 8 years of claims handling experience, multi-state experience or licensing, and leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The salary range is $88,176-$111,218, with health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
