Description
The Claims Manager monitors claims activities and results, coordinates with clients and insurance carriers, reviews claim forms and reserves, challenges adjustments, conducts cost-containment surveys, develops and reviews claims management programs, prepares reports and audit findings, and recommends business strategies. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent practical insurance claim management experience, substantial third-party administrator knowledge, property and casualty reserving expertise, insurance claims and coverage knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel by automobile and aircraft.
