Description
The Workers’ Compensation Counsel will provide legal support to Workers’ Compensation Claims teams across litigation, coverage, regulatory compliance, appeals, government affairs, international matters, and claims support. The role oversees civil actions and appeals, manages outside counsel and third-party administrators, responds to regulator and complaint requests, advises on complex coverage issues, supports state government affairs, and trains internal business partners. It is a work-from-the-office position reporting to the Philadelphia office, with occasional flexibility and periodic business travel within the United States.
