Description
The Senior Workers’ Compensation Case Manager leads escalated, complex, high-risk, litigated, and sensitive workers’ compensation claims; ensures regulatory compliance; develops reporting and dashboards; analyzes claim data; leads cross-functional cost-mitigation and return-to-work projects; supports TPA and broker vendor management; and assists with accommodations and transitional-duty discussions. The role requires three years of progressive workers’ compensation experience, multi-state program experience, advanced regulatory knowledge, and strong analytical, reporting, project-management, and communication skills. It is an in-office position with up to 10% travel.
