Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC is hiring a Workers’ Compensation Loss Control Representative to provide consultative risk management and occupational safety services to policyholders across an assigned territory. The role conducts on-site safety evaluations, analyzes claims and loss trends, prepares reports, advises employers on OSHA compliance and injury prevention, delivers training, and collaborates with Underwriting and Claims on risk selection, pricing, renewals, and loss reduction. A minimum of seven years of workers’ compensation loss control or related insurance experience, OSHA 30 certification, a valid driver's license, and Microsoft Office proficiency are required; a relevant bachelor's degree and professional certifications are preferred. Travel by automobile and occasional air travel is required, and the national salary range is $84,000–$130,000 USD annually.
