Davies North America is hiring a Workers’ Compensation Lost Time Adjuster to manage California workers’ compensation indemnity cases from inception through resolution. The role involves investigating claims, establishing and maintaining reserves, authorizing medical care, issuing indemnity benefits, handling legal aspects, communicating with clients and employers, and determining settlement values. Candidates must have California Workers’ Compensation experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, and up-to-date CA 101 training; WCCA or WCCP designation and a Self-Insured License are preferred.
