Alight is hiring a Worker's Compensation Senior Case Manager to oversee complex, long-term workers' compensation claims and support employees through return-to-work processes. The role manages workplace injury claims, coordinates with clients, injured workers, and provincial Workers' Compensation Boards, reviews claim files, interprets compensation legislation, files injury reports and objections, and develops return-to-work and rehabilitation strategies. Candidates need at least five years of workers' compensation claims management experience, supervisory and training experience, related education or significant claims management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; a paralegal license is preferred. The position offers health, dental, and vision coverage starting Day One and a salary range of 76,500.00 CAD to 93,500.00 CAD.
