Blank Metal is hiring a full-time Workflow Engineer in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in a hybrid arrangement. The role partners with enterprise clients to discover and redesign AI-enabled workflows, deliver training and workshops, coach adoption, build skills and plugins, and develop reusable enablement assets. It requires at least five years of experience in a client-facing role focused on changing how people work, along with human-centered design, workshop delivery, communication, and fluency with agentic AI platforms.
