PedidosYa is hiring a Workforce Analyst for its regional Operations team to manage demand forecasts and reception/loading volumes, configure capacity-planning systems, coordinate regional shift planning, analyze planned shifts across LATAM markets, and develop statistical analyses to optimize operational task allocation. The role requires a complete or advanced university degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, advanced SQL proficiency, strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, and an interest in optimizing operational processes.
