ProSidian is hiring a Workforce Analytics Data Scientist | Data Management & Business Intelligence - Data Scientist Support to provide consultative workforce research and HR analytics support for federal human-capital modernization engagements, including workforce modeling, predictive analysis, KPI design, executive reporting, and IT-system integration. The role is based in the Mid Atlantic Region, primarily at or near Alexandria, Virginia, with hybrid on- and off-site work, and requires a bachelor’s degree in data, at least five years of analytics experience, Python and SQL skills, and United States citizenship. Visa sponsorship is not offered.
