Description
The Workforce Analytics Lead will build and manage the company’s Shadow Layer, creating data-driven workforce intelligence tools for utilization tracking, attendance health, and workforce stability. The role develops utilization scores, EOD bot metrics, idle-time alerts, attendance-risk algorithms, real-time dashboards, and workforce health reports; maintains data quality across workforce systems; and partners with Operations, Training, and HR. It requires 4–5 years of experience in workforce analytics, business intelligence, or operations data management, along with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools and experience with automation or workflow integrations. The position is remote or hybrid.
