FLF is hiring a full-time Workforce Analytics Manager to serve as an advisor on workforce intelligence, business intelligence, operational reporting, workforce planning, and forecasting. The role involves building executive dashboards, analyzing utilization and productivity metrics, developing forecasting models, improving reporting automation, and presenting strategic recommendations to executive leadership. It is an on-site position in Guadalajara or Tijuana, Mexico, requiring a bachelor's degree, at least five years of relevant experience, advanced dashboarding and forecasting experience, and proficiency with business intelligence tools and English and Spanish.
