Bread for the City is hiring a part-time Workforce Cafe Coordinator for a six-month seasonal period from September 2026 through March 2027. The role provides one-on-one employment support to participants, including job searches, applications, resumes, training access, resource organization, follow-up, and referrals to additional workforce services. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and relationship-building skills, basic computer skills, organizational ability, and commitment to trauma-informed care and racial equity. The banded salary range is $25.04–$26.44 per hour, with an annual range of $50,000–$55,000.
