Description
The Workforce Continuing Education (WCE) Program Coordinator reports to the Dean, Workforce, Industry Partnerships & Skilled Trades and provides leadership, coordination, and instructional support for workforce and continuing education programs within an instructional division. The role is responsible for planning, implementing, and continuously improving workforce training, short-term credentials, industry certifications, and employer-driven programs aligned with divisional pathways, while collaborating with faculty, department heads, deans, and workforce staff to ensure programs are responsive, high-quality, compliant, and connected to credit pathways, credentials, and employment opportunities.
