Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in an appropriately related field
Required Previous Experiences: At least one year of experience applying related disciplines in education administration, business, or training and development
Preferred Qualifications: Two or more years of experience developing and coordinating non-credit allied health training curriculum standards, preferably in a community college setting
Two or more years of experience developing and organizing allied health student clinical or externship placements with healthcare-site compliance
Two or more years of experience developing and maintaining regional and statewide industry and community partnerships
Current knowledge of Connecticut healthcare workforce needs, industry trends, career pathways, grant-funded workforce programs, and regulatory compliance
RN/LPN or industry-recognized healthcare credentials relevant to the programs
Proficiency with learning management systems and experience incorporating technology to enhance the learning environment
Ability to support first-generation students, adult learners, career changers, immigrants, veterans, and underrepresented populations
