Inspiration Corporation is hiring a Workforce Development and Jericho Education Fund Case Manager to support participants in foodservice training, scholarship programs, employment, career pathways, and job retention. The role manages enrollment and eligibility, maintains rolling caseloads, develops individualized service plans, provides career counseling and supportive resources, documents progress, reports program metrics, recruits participants, and coordinates with internal and partner organizations. The position requires two years of nonprofit case management or significant life experience, a preferred bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, and proficiency with Windows XP and Microsoft Office; it is onsite with some travel and requires evening, weekend, and early morning meetings.
