Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person Workforce Development Coordinator for its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team on the Fort Wayne project. The role coordinates construction-trades training and onboarding, connects communities with jobsite opportunities, develops recruiting and training programs, builds relationships with workforce and educational partners, supports community engagement, and provides workforce data. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2–5 years of relevant experience, along with public-speaking, stakeholder, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
