Ilisagvik College is hiring a permanent full-time Workforce Development Instructor to develop and teach courses and training workshops in North Slope villages, Utqiaġvik, and through distance delivery. The role covers professional skills, employment readiness, financial literacy, basic software, curriculum development, training needs assessment, employer and student relations, and frequent travel throughout the North Slope Borough. Compensation is $78,414.61 per year plus DOE, with health insurance, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
