The Workforce Development Instructor leads workshops, career tracks, and certification tracks for enrolled job seekers in the El Barrio program, while also providing staff orientation, professional development, scheduling, enrollment, attendance, and progress documentation. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of workforce experience, adult-learning instruction experience, familiarity with electronic platforms, a valid driver’s license, and travel to other facilities and meetings.
