Description
First Solar is hiring a Workforce Development Intern for its Perrysburg, Ohio manufacturing facility. The intern will learn production processes, develop PowerPoint and video training materials, support training workstations and data entry, train associates, and help with onboarding and plant tours. No prior experience is required, but STEM education and instructional-material experience are preferred. The role is in-person, requires travel between Perrysburg plants, and pays $22-$25 per hour.
