Description
The Workforce Manager manages a manpower pool of 60–80 team members in the construction, engineering, manufacturing, and renewable energy sectors. The role handles hiring, talent development, performance evaluations, retention, engagement, change management, coaching, and workforce planning, while visiting projects and maintaining community relationships. It requires a high school diploma or GED with 2–4 years of progressive administrative or field experience, or an associate degree with 6 months to 1 year of such experience, along with communication, confidentiality, PC, and Microsoft Office skills. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with possible work outside those hours, and includes 20% travel.
