The Workforce Development Program Manager will oversee daily vocational program operations at a local Cleveland site, recruit and support participants, manage participant data and budgets, maintain relationships with parole, probation, and referral organizations, and supervise a local team. The role requires at least three years of nonprofit program implementation experience, knowledge of criminal justice and workforce development systems, data and Salesforce proficiency, and strong project management and communication skills. It is fully onsite, with an application deadline of September 28 at 12:00pm EST, and offers a salary of $62,500-$67,500 plus medical and dental coverage.
