CACI is looking for a Workforce Development Specialist to lead mid-level and senior-level Shipyard project personnel. The specialist will leverage their experience to facilitate leadership development, utilizing human-centered design principles in a consultative, customer-facing role. Responsibilities include conducting organizational assessments, mapping out scopes, applying subject matter expertise, developing and delivering engagement programs, managing communications, collaborating with subject matter experts, and supporting contract execution.
