CACI is hiring a full-time Workforce Development Specialist to develop leadership and training programs for mid-level and senior-level Shipyard project personnel. The role conducts workforce assessments, designs and delivers customer-facing learning engagements, manages stakeholder relationships and program deliverables, and supports contract reporting. It is a hybrid-remote position requiring significant customer-site work and applicants must be within commuting distance of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant consulting, training, education, workforce development, or leadership development experience, and the ability to obtain a DOD Secret security clearance.
