CACI is hiring a full-time Workforce Development Specialist to support workforce development for mid-level and senior-level Shipyard project personnel. The role conducts organizational assessments and needs analysis, plans and delivers customer-facing training and leadership-development engagements, manages communications and deliverables, collaborates with subject-matter experts, and supports contract reporting. It is a hybrid-remote position requiring significant customer-site work and applicants must be within commuting distance of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or five years of directly applicable experience, at least three years of relevant consulting, training, education, workforce development, or leadership development experience, and the ability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret clearance before starting and a final DOD Secret clearance.
