Description
HDR is hiring a Workforce Development Specialist to support workforce development, organizational effectiveness, and talent development initiatives. The role involves designing learning pathways, onboarding and career development programs, competency frameworks, and employee engagement activities; aligning development opportunities with organizational goals; measuring program effectiveness; managing assignments, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations; and supporting proposals, work planning, and client presentations. The position requires at least five years of relevant industry experience, experience leading social media campaigns, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
