Description
The Lighthouse for The Blind in New Orleans is hiring a full-time Workforce Development Specialist I to provide vocational rehabilitation services through supported employment and pre-employment transition services for people with disabilities across southeast Louisiana. The role includes vocational assessments, job readiness training, job development and placement, job coaching, work-based learning experiences, outreach with employers and community partners, documentation in Salesforce and state forms, and collaboration on the Pathways to Success project.
