The Workforce Development Supervisor provides team development, supervises program staff, assigns work, monitors daily activities, ensures service quality, resolves issues, and maintains relationships with internal and external partners. The role may also provide direct services to program participants and requires knowledge of social-service systems, employment-support programs, plan development, case management, and Microsoft Office.
