Description
The Workforce Development Supervisor provides team development, supervises program staff, assigns work, monitors daily activities, ensures service quality, resolves issues, and maintains relationships with internal and external partners. The role may also provide direct services to program participants and requires knowledge of social service systems, employment programs, plan development, case management, and Microsoft Office. It is a scheduled hybrid position requiring at least two days per week at a physical location, with a pay range of $63,458 to $88,988 per year and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
